Laboratory Gas Chromatograph GC1000 for Determination of PCB in transformer oil in accordance with ASTM 4059 00

The gas chromatograph GC 1000 is a fully automated device with digital processing of all measured data. The control and integration software (run in WINDOWS 95/98/ME/NT/XP) provides full control and monitoring of all parameters and processes. It is possible to save up to 40 parameter sets as methods (routines) which can be re-called at any time. The digitised pressure control (DPC)  adjusts flow and pressure by means of the PC keyboard. All working gases, such as carrier gas, hydrogen, air etc., are monitored by the software. Even with the spacious column oven with a capacity of up to 18 l, the compact design of the instruments needs little space.

For PCB Analysis the gas chromatograph is equipped with a temperature -programmable oven, a temperature -controlled split/splitless injector and a 63 Ni electron capture detector (ECD).
